Learning path
Biodynamics is a learning path. A path in which new skills and capacities awaken in the individual as the farm organism develops. Accompanying farmers and facilitating meaningful learning experiences that awaken strongly their will to embark on this path is essential for the future of the movement. It is through this commitment – through this will – that the biodynamic impulse can continue to unfold in its healing and developmental task in modern times.
How could trainers and advisors facilitate developmental process in biodynamics? How to design meaningful training and advisory process that awaken farmers true enthusiasm for the biodynamic path? How can we translate anthroposophical principles – including the Seven Life & Learning Processes – into meaningful tools for advisory and training?
Save the date
We invite biodynamic trainers and advisors to save the date for a one-day workshop on February 4, 2025, at the Section for Agriculture (just before the Agricultural Conference).
A workshop to deepen into the fundamentals of adult learning based on anthroposophy, and from this perspective to delve into various aspects of the work of advisors and trainers for the renewal of the biodynamic impulse. A day to strengthen networks of learning and collaboration among multipliers for the biodynamic movement.
