Fostering Biodynamic local communities
One of our key strategic goals at BFDI is to build and strengthen biodynamic communities around the world. We believe that bottom-up participatory social initiatives, such as Community-Supported Agriculture (CSA), can greatly contribute to local development.
This year, we want to start promoting CSA across Latin America. We are engaging in dialogue with leaders of the biodynamic movement in the region, relevant stakeholders who are already involved in CSA initiatives, as well as those who wish to embark on this journey. We want to learn from ongoing CSA experiences and build fruitful partnerships and collaborations for the future development of the biodynamic movement.
Biodynamic agriculture encourages us to foster communities and cultivate fraternal bonds within and beyond agricultural spaces. People from rural and urban areas need one another, and we can help build the bridges that are beginning to take shape.
If you would like to be part or contribute to this CSA biodynamic impulse, we invite you to a virtual meeting on 4 June at 11 am Argentina/10 am Chile time. The meeting will be held in Spanish.
